Fully Managed IT Administration

 

Our Fully Managed IT Administration Plan is recommended for clients who have the need to have a full time IT presence in their organization. When covered under our Fully Managed Agreement, TDG will become your IT department. We will make all of our support processes and tools available to your team. A fixed monthly fee will provide your business access to our entire team 24/7. We have desktops, Servers and Network experts standing by ready to assist your business.  You will have access to full team of IT professional at the fraction of a salaried IT employee who will not have the combined experienced of our team.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Partially Managed IT Administration

 

This plan is recommended for clients with average support needs. This plan will provide you with most of the Fully Managed IT administration benefits. However, the main difference is that unlimited support is not available. This plan comes with a pre-negotiated amount of support hours “Retainer”. These hours will never expire and will only be used if a technician receives a request for service from your organization.  There will be a monthly fixed rate which will cover all proactive maintenance and monitoring services via Virtual Tech. The utilization of automated service software will be vital to ensure the health and efficiency of your systems.

Virtual Tech installation and administration

• Access to your account via our client portal

• Comprehensive disaster recovery and backup planning

• Purchasing and quoting assistance

• Comprehensive maintenance against spyware and virus infections

• Automated Systems maintenance via Virtual Tech

IT on Demand Service

 

This Service is the best option for a company not interested on proactive maintenance via Virtual Tech and only wishes to use our services on the hourly basis when needed. You will have access to some of our basic services but will be billed on the hourly basis as follows:

 

3-HOUR PACKAGE $270.00 - COVERS UP TO 3 COMPUTERS

 

(Reality: the standard price for an IT consultant-- 3 hours at $120/hour + $80.00 on-site service would be a total of $440.00).

 

This package covers 1-5 computers. The client receives a maximum of 3 hours of support per month. Each hour beyond the initial 3 hours will be charged at the standard hourly rate. Within this period time will be billed in 15-minute increments.

 

5-HOUR PACKAGE $450.00 - COVERS UP TO 6 COMPUTERS

 

(Reality: the standard price for an IT consultant for 5 hours at $120/hour + $80 on-site service would be a Total of $680.00)

 

This package covers 1-10 computers. The client receives a maximum of 5 hours of support per month. Each hour beyond the initial 5 hours will be charged at the standard hourly rate. Within this period time will be billed in 15-minute increments.
